I made the appointment to address some side effects I had to a laser treatment searing my skin and eyes at another dermatology group who did nothing to follow up to alleviate the problem. It was unsettling to be dismissed and to have the tech take no responsibility. A friend recommended I see Dr. Llewelyn, who was immediately reassuring, saying that whatever caused this, he would take care of it. I felt relieved and in good hands, hopeful that it will all subside. He prescribed some skin meds and on we go. This is the doctor to see for dermatological issues. Thank you again! Dr. Llewellyn was very unhelpful to me when I was asking questions about a prescription I have been using that has given me problems. He recommended I keep using the prescription without answering my questions and concerns. He was very rushed and it was clear from the beginning that he wanted to get out of the appointment as quickly as possible. I truly felt as though he was hurrying to dismiss my problems and didn’t further elaborate on what my next steps are. Furthermore, he dismissed the pain that I was experiencing and wasn’t helpful whatsoever. The nurse was very kind and helpful, however.
