The Staff at Aloe Dermatology

Keith Lllewellyn, M.D. - Aloe Dermatology

Keith Llewellyn MD

Keith Llewellyn MD provides advanced surgical, cosmetic and general dermatologic care for Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez area residents. Keith Llewellyn MD completed two years of internal medicine training before his dermatology and dermasurgery residency. This additional training in internal medicine sets him apart from most dermatologists and provides a strong foundation for his general medical dermatologic care.

During his dermatology residency at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, he worked at the National Institutes of Health and participated in grand rounds at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda Naval Hospital, Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the Washington Hospital Center. Through these experiences he has seen, diagnosed and treated many skin conditions that others have only read about.

Dr. Llewellyn grew up all over the country. He called twelve different places home (nine states and one US territory: Guam). He chose to move to Santa Barbara because it seemed like the perfect place to be a “small town doc”, settle down, raise a family and pursue his passions. He enjoys hiking, biking, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, running, camping and just about anything else outdoors (with sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat of course!). He has a lovely wife and three beautiful little girls.
